RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At House of Kashida, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges :
    1. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    2. The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return Process:
    as a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
    1. Email us at sales@houseofkashida.com with order details and clear images of the defective product.
    2. IOur team will review your request and approve the return if eligible.
    3. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.
  • Exchanges:
    1. If an exchange is requested for a defective item, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).
    2. If the same product is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value.
  • Refund Policy:
    1. If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the product.
    2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    1. Customized or made-to-order products.
    2. Items damaged due to customer handling.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

  • Cancellation Before Shipment:
    1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at sales@houseofkashida.com.
    2. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order might have already been processed.
  • Cancellation After Shipment:
    as a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
    1. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
    2. If you refuse delivery, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund for Canceled Orders:
    1. If canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    2. Refund timelines may vary based on the bank/payment provider.
