At House of Kashida, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

as a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.- Email us at sales@houseofkashida.com with order details and clear images of the defective product.
- IOur team will review your request and approve the return if eligible.
- Once approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.

Exchanges:
- If an exchange is requested for a defective item, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).
- If the same product is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value.

Refund Policy:
- If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or made-to-order products.

Cancellation Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at sales@houseofkashida.com.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order might have already been processed.

Cancellation After Shipment:
as a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you refuse delivery, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
